1. Shipping Regions

We currently deliver to:

Bulgaria
European Union countries
Outside European Union countries

If your country is not listed, please contact us at idmotorsporteurope@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Bulgaria: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Outside the EU: 7–14 business days (if available)

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

6. Customs & Duties (for Non-EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at idmotorsporteurope@gmail.com or at the website chat. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
