Boost Cooler Stage 2 VC-50 POWER-MAX Upgrade. - ProLine Series

Upgrade for the Boost Cooler Stage 2-VC50 "PowerMAX" ProLine System for injection optimization.

Simply convert the Stage 2 Boost Cooler VC-50 ProLine system to a 2-stage injection control. The enclosed solenoid valve is controlled by the VC-50 control unit and activated an additional nozzle in the high load range ("Power Nozzle").

Advantage: At low engine load stage (low boost pressure), a smaller primary nozzle can be used to inject earlier, and a higher injection quantity can be made available by the Boost Cooler at high engine load state (peak boost pressure).


Scope of Delivery:

• 1x Solenoid with 1/8"NPT Ports (Inlet/Outlet)
• Constructed out of 100% stainless steel for zero corrosion.
• 1x Mounting Bracket and Screws (2)
• 2x Dash 4 (4AN) Fittings for Boost Cooler ProLine steel braided lines
• 1x Nozzle Holder 90° low profile, aluminium, hard anodized
• 1x T-Fitting, aluminium with Dash 4 male fittings
• 3x 30cm stainless steel braided line with Dash 4 female fittings
